Purpose + Goal + Activity
Prioritize that one thing...and everything else will fall into place

You, your people, your systems, your policies, your interactions, your service...all of it that makes up "your company" every single piece and part should be helping the machine make and keep customers. Anything which hinders that, or works against that direction, is a waste of time, get rid of it, or at a minimum, re-position it to a less intrusive state of being. This means building internal processes that funnel a prospect, convert them to a customer, and then keep them that way.

Exposure marketing corners the market faster than targeted ROI strategies

Targeting qualified leads creates short term cash, but exposure to the whole market consistently, keeps you in the dominant position to control industry messaging, consumer education (nudging closer to being a lead), expert authority and top of mind name recognition.

Foundational Perspective; "My Customers can come from anywhere". This means, even though some prospects might not be a qualified lead right now, they can be eventually. (Think "pipeline") Equally important to who they are right now, is who they know and might influence...which is itself, another layer of exposure.

All of your marketing activity serves one purpose and that is to keep people landing, or re-landing somewhere in your business's ecosystem, as often as possible. Whether its walking into your shop, engaging with your social media, interacting with your website, you are moving them into one or more of your arsenal of properties. Once there, its up to you and the internal funnels or systems you already have in place, to convert and "Close".
